	This lovely 3-bedroom cottage has all the conveniences of home. It has 4 double beds and 4 twin beds and includes linens and kitchenware, TV/ VCR/Satellite, front and back deck with patio furniture and propane grill. (gas included).   Daily $200   Weekly $1200   Memorial & Labor Day weekend (min. 3 days) $655   Fourth of July (min. 3 days) $675

	MEETING ROOM
	Our private R&R lounge (offering TV/ VCR/Satellite, Game table, Ping Pong and Darts) is the perfect place to gather and swap great hunting and fishing "tales" or just to meet with friends and family. Also great for family reunions! (Board games, playing cards and videos available upon request.)   Private party daily rentals $35 (A $100 deposit is required)

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Credit card required to guarantee reservations. All lodging costs are paid upon arrival. Holidays require full payment in advance. Since we can't guarantee weather conditions and lake level, there are no refunds or transfers on cancellations except with a 30-day cancellation notice (60-days for holidays and groups). If failure to give notice of cancellation before above time period a late cancellation fee will be assessed, for a total of one night at rate of reserved facility (3 nights for holidays).
