RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Credit card required to guarantee reservations. All lodging costs are paid upon arrival. Cabin reservations for summer weekends must be for at least two (2) days. Holidays, packages and groups require 50% down in advance. Since we can’t guarantee weather conditions and lake level, there are no refunds or transfers on cancellations except with a 30-day cancellation notice (60-days for holidays, groups and packages). If failure to give notice of cancellation before above time period a late cancellation fee will be assessed, one night charge if you cancel, change, or shorten your stay (3 nights for holidays). Please add $10.00 per person, per day when you exceed the number of people specified for that cabin.
